Ingredients:
1/2 Kg of Boneless Chicken, cut in cubes.
2-3 tbsp of Peri Peri chili sauce (depending on spiciness) available in any supermarket.
2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil
1 tbsp of salt
2-3 pieces of red chillies
1/2tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp of oregano
1 tbsp of paprika powder
A pinch of orange color
A little bit of sugar
1 capsicum cut in cubes
Procedure:
1. Grind all the above in a blender and let your chicken pieces marinate for about 1-2hours.
2. Preheat the oven at 180degrees for 15 minutes.
3. Put it in skewers, on a baking tray and let it cook in the oven for about 15 minutes on each side.
